| BAR-B-QUE SAUCE FOR POULTRY: To 1/4 cup of cooking oil (or 1/2 cube of melted butter or margarine), add 1/2 cup of sherry, 1/2 cup of garlic wine vinegar, 3 Tbs. of A-1 sauce and 2 Tbs. of Santa Maria BBQ Salt. Simmer & stir until emulsified. Keep hot while using as a basting sauce. |
